What do I get inside every box?
You get the latest in delicious candies and chocolates to satisfy any sweet tooth. We’ve partnered with the best in the biz so you get first dibs on pure awesomeness. You never know what you’re getting until it arrives!
How much candy do I get?
Depending on the box you order: You will get 1 pound of candy in the 3-Pack SugarlyBox and 3 pounds of candy in the 9-Pack Sugarly Box.
How do I get started?

I just signed up, now what?
SugarlyBoxes are shipped on the 5th of every month. If you signed up before 11:59pm PST on the the 4th, your box will ship on the 5th. If you signup after 12:00am PST on the 5th, your SugarlyBox will ship the following month.
Can I order more than one box per account?
Yes absolutely! Simply checkout using the same email address and your subscriptions will be added to the same account.
When do I start getting billed for my subscription?
You will be billed the day you signup for the subscription plan chosen and then every time your subscription renews thereafter (Every 30 days). For monthly subscriptions, we bill your credit card at the time of purchase and every 30 days thereafter. For pre-paid subscriptions of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, we bill your credit card the full amount at the time of purchase. Gift subscriptions purchased through our “Gift A Box” page, will not renew.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your credit card information by simply logging into your account or by sending us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you an online secured link to do so.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go. If there is any way that we can change your mind please let us know. Our goal is to keep you happy and if there is a way we can do that we’d love the opportunity. Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority! To cancel your subscription, simply login to your account to cancel or please send an email to email@example.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests received after the 1st of the month will go into effect the following month. Because this is an edible product, any returns or delivery refusals are not refundable and you will still be responsible for the charges.
When do SugarlyBoxes ship?
Boxes ship on the 5th of every month.
How do I update my address?
Easy! Simply login to your account or send us an email with your new address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be more than happy to update the information for you. Any changes made after the 3rd of the month will be updated for the following month’s shipment.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping to the contiguous United States is $7.99/mo for the 3-Pack SugarlyBox and $8.50/mo for the 9-Pack SugarlyBox.
Where do you ship SugarlyBoxes?
We ship to all the contiguous United States. Worldwide options coming soon!
How do I track by box?
Once your SugarlyBox has been shipped, an email will be sent notifying you of your tracking information. Please allow up to 24-hours for your tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
I would like to pause my subscription, is that possible?
Absolutely! Simply login to your account to place your subscription on hold or send us an email to: email@example.com and we'll be more than happy to take care of that for you.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Can I send a SugarlyBox as a gift?
Of course! Simply click on the GIFT A BOX page and select from any of the options available and we'll take care of the rest.
When will the recipient receive their SugarlyBox?
If you placed the order by 11:59pm PST by the 4h of the month, their box will ship out the following day. Any orders placed after 12:00am PST on the 5th will ship out the following month.
If I buy a gift membership, Will I get continuously billed?
What’s the shelf life of SugarlyBox candy?
Shelf life is between 8 months to 1 year. Keep your candy and chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight.
What if I have a peanut/tree nut allergy?
No problem! On the checkout page you will be asked if you are allergic to tree nuts. When you answer 'yes' we will ensure to not include any peanut related candies/chocolates in your box. We do however store and pack our candies in a tree. Our candies are produced and packaged in a facility that uses peanuts in other products.

How can I submit my product to be featured in a SugarlyBox?
We’d be more than happy to consider your candy or chocolate product(s) for our SugarlyBoxes'. Please send us an email with your contact information, product info and picture(s) to email@example.com. We’ll email you if we are interested in adding your sweet treats.
